Software published or distributed via the Microsoft Store or other official marketplaces complies with relevant developer agreements and platform store policies. Users agree not to reverse engineer, exploit, or tamper with proprietary security controls.

Wellfare Corporation will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from downtime, network interruptions, or third-party infrastructure failures (such as cloud hosting outages or domain registrar interruptions).
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Himachal Pradesh, India.
